2022 is about to pass. On behalf of Hechang Company, I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to the family who have been supporting and helping the development of Hechang. I wish you a happy New Year and smooth work!
There is a saying widely circulated on the Internet this year: "2022 may be the most difficult year, and it may also be the best year in the next ten years." Many people are still under the illusion that "tomorrow will be better". After this year, it will be better next year. My personal view is that it is impossible, at least so far we have not seen any good news for a fundamental improvement in the economy. Because the current "fruit" was planted by the "cause" more than ten years ago, we are now facing prominent structural and institutional contradictions, unbalanced, uncoordinated, unsustainable, and unsustainable development. China has long been in the middle and low-end industries in the global supply chain division of labor, doing the hardest work and getting the least money. The industry is in a serious overcapacity, and has long relied on an extensive development model at the expense of the environment and labor. In order to change this situation, our country has put forward the idea of implementing supply-side structural reform to remove production capacity, inventory, leverage, reduce costs and make up for shortcomings. However, some countries in the West still hope that China will continue to provide cheap and high-quality products for the world with medium and low-end industries. The United States to implement the United States priority strategy, manufacturing backflow, card chip neck ...... and so on, and even in some supply and demand and product aspects of the risk of blocking, out of stock.
Next year, the demand will shrink, the supply will shock and the expectation will be weak. Under the environment of three layers superposition, all the manufacturing industries including Hechang will face a burst of "chill". What should we do? What should we do with Hechang? Are we anxious, depressed or lying flat? Of course not! We must be calm, have concentration, and more importantly, have confidence, make the best preparations, and then implement actions.
First of all, is to speed up the business development work. Recently, Mr. Wang and I led the business department to overcome difficulties to develop business. If sales are ensured, production will be normal, employees will be employed, and the company will be able to survive a difficult year or two.
Second, we want to preserve cash flow. Money is the blood of business life. Opening up revenue and reducing expenditure is always the best way to deal with the economic crisis. If necessary, you can do some contraction, but can not be depressed, to strengthen the confidence to win. The cadres and employees of Hechang must implement the strategic goals set by the company with a high degree of consistency. Everyone is twisted into a rope to think about one place, and work hard to promote the action of "increasing revenue and reducing expenditure, lean production, and saving costs"., To protect the enterprise is to protect employment!
In the face of fierce competition environment, only by fully strengthening the three competitive elements of service, quality and cost, can Hechang win in the competition with strong competitiveness.
I believe that with the trust and support of the majority of customers, and the professionalism of Hechang cadres and employees who are responsible, dare to take responsibility, and love Hechang, Hechang will surely move from one victory to another.
