Hechang Printing Management Team Organized to Participate in the Second Phase of "Management Tools Training Camp"
From March 31 to April 1, 2023, the management team of Dongguan Hechang Printing Co., Ltd. organized and participated in the second phase of "Management Tools Training Camp" organized by Asia Pacific European Union Business School.
The second stage focuses on the three dimensions of "the logic of communication", "the technology of managing affairs" and "the method of educating people", and empowers all enterprise managers at the level of practical work skills. The seven-step method of project management is practiced, and various tools and methods for identifying and educating people and employing people are used. The full dry goods of Chinese education have greatly benefited all the enterprise managers present.
After the first stage of study last month, the team members of Hechang laid a good foundation and were more likely to accept the teaching methods of Chinese education and keep up with the thinking of Chinese education. In class, they are not late, do not leave early, speak more actively and discuss more enthusiastically.
