Hechang printing management team organized to participate in the "management tools training camp"
From February 17 to 18, 2023, the management team of Dongguan Hechang Printing Co., Ltd. organized and participated in the "Management Tool Training Camp" organized by Asia Pacific European Union Business School.
"Management Tool Training Camp" was created by Zhang Xiaohua, the coach of the Chief Private Board of Business of the Asia-Pacific European Union. It is a course specifically for managers of various functional departments in the manufacturing industry. In this first-level study, the coach combined various practical tools and models from the three dimensions of "overall view", "sense of goal" and "systematization", and systematically led the business managers present to improve their understanding of business management and find the tricks of business management.
Through this study, the members of the Hechang team said that their thinking, cognition and theoretical basis for business management have been significantly improved. Learning has further enhanced our ability and confidence in doing our job well under the new situation. Business growth depends on continued leadership.
